About
Hi! Thanks for visiting. Here's a little bit about me:
I'm a New Jersey native. I moved to New Hampshire to study at Dartmouth,
where I majored in both economics and anthropology. After undergrad, I returned to New Jersey to work at
Bloomberg
Global Data for an additional year. In 2023, I enrolled in Flatiron School's data science bootcamp, where I
produced a large portfolio of projects involving machine learning, statistics, and programming in Python and
SQL.
I'm putting those skills to work as a researcher at the
Evolutionary Biology
department at Princeton University. Here I use and develop deep learning models to reconstruct phylogenies of
reptile clades.
I focus on using Bayesian inference and Markov Chain algorithms to run millions of analyses on the most likely
patterns of animal diversification.
In my free time, I bake (excessively) and take dance classes with my friends. I also occasionally
draw and paint. The portrait above is a charcoal sketch I
recently did of my mom (who thinks I should've drawn her with fewer wrinkles)!
